Can I buy Kopec Naturals in a store near me?

We are working on bringing Kopec Naturals to a store near you and have a number of retail locations and distributors to choose from. Until Kopec Naturals is available in most locations we offer a variety of shipping options at a discounted rate.

Do you ship overnight?

Yes, we offer a number of shipping options to provide you with the fastest, most affordable shipping. Shopping online should not be about the shipping costs. Please be aware that FedEx does not factor in Saturday and Sunday in their delivery count.

I have allergies and I am concerned about whether I can use your products.

We are happy to send you a free sample of certain products to test on your skin for sensitivities, and we are happy to answer any questions you might have, by phone or email. Please take note that a sample of our product is only intended to run a skin test, it is not intended to determine results. A number of our products require frequent use over a week to several weeks to clear chronic conditions. Please send an email if you would like more information and to request a sample.

I am on prescription medication and I want to know if I can use your products?

Some essential oils cannot be used during certain conditions. To be sure check the product description before making your decision. Consult with your doctor to be absolutely sure.

A number of your products state to avoid using Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Why?

Sodium Lauryl or Laureth Sulfate, SLS, is one of the more common skin irritants, even in natural form. It is been determined that even a fair number of skin conditions are ascerbated by SLS, if not caused by a sensitivity to SLS. We strongly recommend even if you do not have a sensitivity to SLS that you refrain from using it on your skin while your skin is healing.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are on a case by case, pre-approved basis by contacting us at returns@kopecnaturals.com You must contact us before you ship the product back to us. If your request is approved we will request the item be shipped backed to us with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping charges for returns and exchanged items will be the purchaser's responsibility. There will be a 15% restocking/handling fee subtracted from your refund for returned items. Should you have any questions, please email us before making a purchase. Because so many of our customers get results before finishing the bottle or jar, our current return and exchange policy helps us keep our prices affordable for you.

Kopec Naturals will not be held responsible for returned items which have been damaged or broken in shipment due to inadequate packing. An additional fee will be subtracted from your refund due to inadequate packing.

If you receive a product which has been damaged in shipment or shipped in error, please contact us immediately at (972)890-5921 or admin@kopecnaturals and we will promptly rectify the situation at no shipping cost to you.
