How did we get here?

When Laura Kopec first began studying the human body in 1997, she made a decision to live in harmony with nature at its purest level. Moving to a small town in Eastern Washington and living on an acre of land, she studied the practice of self sustainability. And so began a life of organic gardening, harvesting, raising chickens, milking goats, making everything from scratch including grinding grain and culturing yeast to make bread from scratch, making yogurt, cheese, wine and canning everything the fruit trees and garden yielded. Little did she know at the time, her homemade skincare products would eventually become Kopec Naturals and help people around the world. The five years spent there were an incredible foundation full of trial and error, highs and lows, ultimately deciding to return to an urban life with a message for all of humanity. Today Laura is a leading expert in natural living, consulting and educating individuals of all walks of life on how to make the transition to more natural living, beginning with their nutritional health.
